Booking in the Exclusive Room with 2 bunk beds makes you feel good with the "exclusive" on the room name right? Well, when I was reserving it via agoda, I hoped it was.... until I saw it myself. Let me tell you what is in the room, 2 bunk beds, making 4 beds in total. The mattress, I found it as hard, I didn't sleep comfortably. There was a split-type AC that is weak, I tried to set the remote to turbo, but nothing happened, I tried to set the temp to 16, but also nothing! Other than that, it has a curtain and that's it! The room is very small, it did mention in the detail though that it is only 15 sq.m., the size of a common bathroom, I later realized. In agoda, the details of this room mentioned that it has coffee/tea, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, hair dryer, toiletries, in-room safe, ironing facilities, washing machine, clothes dryer, mirror, daily housekeeping, closet, clothes rack, and fire extinguisher....all those are either none existing or located elsewhere (not inside your room). The coffee/tea, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher are located in a common area on the 2nd floor beside the front desk. The ones like hair dryer, toiletries, in-room safe, ironing facilities, closet, clothes rack, and fire extinguisher, I never saw them. I felt fooled by agoda on this. The bath towels do not come with the booking, you need to rent each bath towel for 40 baht, wow! In the common shower, the shampoo/soap rack was so dilapidated, it was so rusty. In all 4 days I stayed there, in it I saw a small empty container of shampoo that was never discarded. Also, in that shower, they didn't bother removing an old water heater that is no longer used, and on top of that heater, is another empty shampoo bottle that was never discarded. Daily housekeeping is not true, in fact, as per the front desk, they clean only after 3 days of stay. The only thing that is good, it is near the MRT, BTS, and Terminal 21 which is their one and only advantage. I do not recommend this at all!

Very Accessible, breakfast with a cheap room price is unexpected! 7/11 is just a minute walk.. comfy and clean! Good for a low budget travelling.. Capsule room is wide enough, slipper and laggage lockers are provided.. Fresh Coffee too!

Something told me at the front door it would be an experience. Ok rooms are large but bed cubicle tiny and with a 4 inch mattress. I got sheets and pillowcase which smelled of dirty socks or durian or something else. I asked for clean sheets and told by worker only after five days in hostel........ Most hostels change sheets daily. Comforter was also soiled. Sleeping head into the capsule there is little to no a/c or air circulation unless you sleep with the curtain open. There goes privacy. Bathrooms and showers are chock full of Black Mold on the walls, ceilings,windows in shower, and under the sinks. Curtains hide glass street view windows within the shower. The outside street can be seen from your shower but the windows do not open, circulation is minimal, and as well floors slippery. There is a small tv room with capacity for six to eight people but it opens at 10 am officially and no a/c or fan in the room until 10 am means a difficult experience breathing normally. 2 desks within tv room are of a size for children not adults. Time and again when going into the tv room i had to ask they turn on a/c which they control keeping room at 26.....in bangkok! Breakfast is a risky ok but minimal. I/2 egg omelet and 2 inch pancakes anyone? All are made and sit cold waiting for an eater. Orange colored water is no better than the unsweetened lemonnade. At the price I rate 3 Howww as poor. It is a 5 minute walk to soi cowboy as the only positive it has, a benefit to bar patrons.

Location is 5mins walk to BTS Asoke & Sukhumvit station. Terminal 21 mall is just 10mins walk. Private room for 4pax is quite small even with small luggage only. No trash bin in the room. Breakfast is the same everyday so 2 days stay is still ok with that breakfast (egg, pancake, bread, coffee & juice).

Clean, comfy, and even fun! It's worth more than the value and our expectations for a capsule-concept accommodation. Pancakes & Scrambled Eggs for breakfast were also nice enough and perfect for warming up into a busy Bangkok day! Will definitely return here for the next Bangkok trip, or trips :D
